ARTS 424 Advanced Photography - 3 credits

Prerequisite(s): ARTS 362
Students study historic and contemporary critical photographic theory and its relationship to current artistic practices in the photographic medium. The coursework is supported by the exploration of contemporary photographic practices such as methods of production, presentation, new possibilities within the “tradition of exhibition,” and the development of an individual body of work.
