NUR 424 Nursing Research - 3 credits

Prerequisite(s): STAT 201/STAT 201L or POLI 205 or PSYC 225/PSYC 225L
Provides the student with an overview of the research methods commonly used in nursing research. Ethical/legal issues in health care research are discussed. Emphasis is on evaluating current nursing research for application to evidence-based nursing practice.
