PSYC 497 Q* Applied Research in Psychology - 3 credits


Prerequisite(s): A grade of ‘C’ or better in PSYC 225  or equivalent, and a grade of ‘C’ or better in PSYC 226 
Corequisite(s): PSYC 497L 
A research experience in which students are required to develop a research project, conduct a literature review, gather and analyze data, prepare a research paper in accord with the standards of the American Psychological Association (APA) and present their research. Motivated students are encouraged to complete this course in their junior year and continue research pursuits during their Senior year.
