MUED 175 Choral Diction - 2 credits

This course provides students with skills necessary to accurately form sounds in the English, Italian, French, German, and Ecclesiastical Latin languages as represented by the International Phonetic Alphabet (IPA). This foundation serves to prepare clear and effective expression of choral lyrics from transcriptions and translations of song texts.
