ACCT 675 - Law for Accountants - 3 credits

Students study legal topics consistently tested on the Uniform CPA Examination. These topics include the legal content of accounting, contracts and leases, debtor-creditor relationships, business formation and governance and other issues in law and regulations that affect accounting.
