EDIT 620 - Technology Planning and Management - 3 credits This course explores theories and strategies for planning and managing instructional technology resources at the classroom-level using essential project management workflows that emphasize technology evaluation, acquisition, installation, operation, administration and maintenance. The course utilizes a gap analysis framework to apply mixed-methods (quantitative and qualitative) research techniques to analyze current and desired technological needs and conditions. Students collect and analyze these data within the context of published literature and write a detailed summary report. Semester(s) Offered: Spring
