STAT 604 - Applied Statistics for Research I - 3 credits Prerequisite(s): Enrollment in a CCU graduate program or permission of the instructor An applied introduction to statistical tools for research using R. Topics include graphical and numerical summaries, sampling and study design, parametric and nonparametric inference for one and two populations, relative risk, odds ratios, the basics of ANOVA, parametric and nonparametric correlation and simple linear regression.
