ACCT 631 - Fraud Examination - 3 credits

Study of the principles and methodology of fraud detection and deterrence with the focus on coverage from the Certified Fraud Examiner exam. The course includes such topics as asset misappropriation schemes, corruption, fraudulent financial reporting, internal control, deterrence, and the use of artificial intelligence to detect and prevent fraud.
