CBAD 773 - Project Management - 3 credits

The purpose of this course is to explore the project management environment in business and technology today. Students will acquire new software skills and the methodology on how to successfully manage a project. The goal is to provide the student with a framework to understand the current issues and challenges of the project management environment today as it applies to industry, software development, or service management.
