EDLL 314 - Foundations in Reading and Emergent Literacy Development (3 credits)


(Prereq: Admission into the Spadoni College of Education Professional Program) Study of the theoretical and evidenced-based foundations of literacy development and instruction from birth through grade three. Emphasis is placed on understanding the acquisition and interrelationship of literacy and language and instructional practices and environments that support expressive and receptive language development.
