MGMT 308 - Managing Human Capital (3 credits)


(Prereq: CBAD 301 ) This course presents how human resources contribute to organizational performance. The course examines how human behavior theories about personality, perception, conflict management, and motivation influence the development of human resource systems for staffing, evaluating, and rewarding people.
