PALS 132 - Advanced Yoga (1 credit) (Prereq: PALS 105 ) Designed for students who want to further the physical, mental and spiritual aspects of their practice of yoga to improve physical wellness, reduce stress and increase mental focus/clarity. This course builds upon the techniques and concepts learned in PALS 105 Yoga. This course may be repeated two times for credit. F, S.
