Mission Statement

HTC Honors College is dedicated to student learning and individual development. It is designed to aid students in their academic endeavors by facilitating developmental advising on the major programs and core curriculum. HTC Honors College embraces the teacher-scholar model, placing primary emphasis on high quality teaching, engaged learning, mentoring and expert collaboration.

HTC Honors College is the home of the University Honors Program, Sustainability and Coastal Resilience Major, Environmental Studies Minor, and the Women’s and Gender Studies Major and Minor.
