First Year Experience Requirement (0-3 credits)

Complete the following course (A grade of ‘C’ or better is required):

• UNIV 110 Q - First Year Experience (3 credits)

• UNIV 110 Q is required for all students, with the following exceptions:

  • Students admitted as transfer students who transfer in 12 or more credits from another institution;
  • Students 21 years of age or older prior to their first semester at CCU;
  • Students who graduated from the Scholar’s Academy.

History/Political Science Requirement (3 Credits)

Choose one course from the following:

• HIST 201  - History of the United States from Discovery to the Present: Discovery through Reconstruction (3 credits)
• POLI 201  - Introduction to American Government (3 credits)
