The Graduate Certificate in Evaluation of Education, Community, and Social Programs is designed to provide degree-seeking and non-degree seeking students with an advanced knowledge in the field of program evaluation and develop within them the skills needed to conduct a rigorous and accurate program evaluation. The program prioritizes the role of data collection, measurement, and analysis within the process of program evaluation, with students learning how to engage with and make use of complex program evaluation data. The program emphasizes the role of program evaluation as an applied skill in the educational, non-profit, and government sectors, with completing students gaining the necessary skills to undertake program evaluations in these areas.
