EXSS 122 - Lifetime Fitness and Physical Activity (3 credits) Basic concepts, components, and skills of lifetime personal fitness and physical activity. Emphasis placed on behavior change through participation in all physical fitness components, utilization of fitness tools/technology, and the application of essential concepts. Provides the knowledge and skills to plan, evaluate, and achieve and adhere to a personalized program of fitness. Course includes topics of nutrition, weight and stress management, and disease prevention related to lifetime fitness and health.
