JOUR 495 Q - Journalism Internship (3 credits)

(Prereq: JOUR 201, JOUR 304, and either JOUR 305 or JOUR 310) Students receive professional experience and instruction in a substantial internship while working 10 hours per week with a local media organization. Contracts outlining content, supervision, and grading criteria must be approved in advance by the dean of the College of Humanities and Fine Arts.
