CBAD 478 Strategic Management - 3 credits

Prerequisite(s): A grade of ‘C’ or better in CBAD 301, CBAD 350, CBAD 373, and CBAD 363 or FIN 301
This course focuses on how firms can create and sustain competitive advantage through strategic fit between the firm and its external environment. Particular attention is paid to integrating the functional areas of the firm to engender a general management perspective.
