EXSS 385L Laboratory in Exercise Testing and Prescription - 1 credit
Prerequisite(s): A grade of ‘C’ or better in EXSS 350 /EXSS 350L
Corequisite(s): EXSS 385
An applied course that reinforces the basic principles and skills learned in Exercise Testing and Prescription (EXSS 385 ). Emphasis placed on the proper techniques associated with assessing health-related components of physical fitness for the development of appropriate exercise prescriptions for individuals/clients. Course may be taken two times for academic credit.
