MATH 242L Modeling for Scientists I Laboratory - 1 credit

Prerequisite(s): Student must have completed MATH 160 or MATH 160B, and CSCI 135 with a grade of C or above.
Corequisite(s): MATH 242
Students are introduced to using a computer modeling software package. Lab assignments help students utilize software to implement models, solve problems, and visualize results.
