MGMT 461 Cross-Cultural Management - 3 credits

Prerequisite(s): A grade of ‘C’ or better in CBAD 301 Q*
This course involves an analysis of how cultural, economic, and societal influences affect the practices of management. Concepts and practices of planning, organizing, leading employees, and other concerns are examined across different national settings. The human effect in the managerial process is emphasized, and situational influences are identified and examined.
