MGMT 481 Quality Process Management - 3 credits

Prerequisite(s): A grade of ‘C’ or better in CBAD 301 Q*
The systematic process through which managers regulate organizational activities to meet planned goals and standards of quality. Topics will include different types of quality control processes, total quality management, product and service quality techniques, and the uses of information technology for insuring quality.
