PHYS 103 Science of the Physical World - 3 credits

Corequisite(s): PHYS 103L
This course is designed specifically for non-science majors who have an interest in a general physical science course. Students develop a good understanding of the process of science and the critical thinking skills needed to make informed decisions based on scientific evidence. (This course cannot be used in conjunction with SCIE 101 and SCIE 101L to satisfy science Core Curriculum requirements under the 2006-2007 and prior catalogs.)
