ENGL 393 Introduction to Rhetorical Theory - 3 credits Prerequisite(s): ENGL 101 and ENGL 102 with a grade of ‘C’ or better This course provides an introduction to the concepts, tradition, and practice of rhetorical theory. Paying special attention to the relationship between rhetoric and composition, students will read a number of classical and contemporary texts in order to engage with the questions of rhetoric.
