THEA 153 Introduction to Theatre Technology - 3 credits

Students will be introduced to emerging technology unique to the live entertainment industry including lighting, sound, projection, video and show control. The class will focus on installation technique, basic systems operational control theory, and electrical theory. Lectures in conjunction with lab exercises provide students with the skills required to install and operate basic live entertainment technology.
