UNIV 254 Foundations of Peer Leadership and Student Success - 1 credit

This course is designed for Peer Leaders mentoring students in the Coastal Student Success Center programs. The course introduces Peer Leaders to basic student development theory and curriculum design with a focus on current student issues in higher education to develop their leadership skills and mentoring strategies.
