FIN 482 Leadership of Financial Analyst Teams - 3 credits

This course covers issues and protocols in the leadership of teams of financial analysts in the context of professional portfolio management. Emphasis is given to the issues of maintaining continuity in the portfolio management process when membership of the management team is changeable due to normal industry patterns.
