History Minor

The history minor is intended for all undergraduate students across the campus who wish develop the diverse skill set of a historian.

Program Requirements (18 Credits)
In order to earn a history minor, students are required to take the following courses, earning a grade of ‘C’ or better in each. Students may not share credit between required and elective courses, e.g., HIST 300 may only be counted one time. Minor Requirements (6 Credits)
Take one of the following (3 credits)
Take one of the following research courses (3 credits)

Choose two 100- or 200-level history courses from a rotation of current offerings - 6 credits Choose two 300- or 400-level history courses from a rotation of current offerings - 6 credits Total Required Course Credits: 18
