Ethics Minor

The ethics minor enables students to critically examine contemporary moral issues related to topics such as the environment and sustainability, healthcare and medical ethics, legal and military ethics, the ethical treatment of animals, social problems such as inequality and poverty, and more. Students learn to articulate central debates on controversial issues and develop critical thinking skills required for dealing with complex moral problems in the 21st century. Students may count up to 6 credits from 100-level courses.
