Personal Finance Certificate

This 9 credit-hour certificate program provides students with opportunities to develop essential knowledge and skills to empower students to make educated financial decisions. The program has a mix of economics and personal finance course work that broadly exposes students to real life circumstances that will require financial acumen. Specifically, students will gain knowledge of personal incomes and budgets, home and consumer financing, insurance of personal assets, personal investing and retirement planning.
